Just like our clients, we recognize that each student is different. We seek to personalize a program that meets your strengths and natural work style without interfering with your academic schedule. This includes comprehensive training. You will gain skills, network with other interns and senior managers, and build your understanding of the financial services industry. Virtual internships are available to students across the country. During our year-long Trailblazer Program, our interns gain valuable experience that meets the criterion for both the CPA and CFP® designations. The internship program also offers support for international students.
At Playfair Planning, you’ll be integrated into a team and given a role with meaningful responsibility. You will benefit from educational events, presentations, meetings, and networking opportunities. Personal assessments and appraisals focus on your strengths. Mentorship includes orientation, anti-bias and anti-racist training, free membership in Toastmasters International, web-based tutorials, in-depth financial markets and product training, division-specific training, and lectures and presentations from industry professionals.
Candidates applying for internships at Playfair Planning can be full-time or part-time college students and graduates who maintain a 3.2 GPA, demonstrate leadership exemplified through previous work experiences or extracurriculars, have attention-to-detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
